Each batch features our farm-grown shiitake mushrooms, dehydrated to preserve their rich, umami flavor, and a fragrant blend of thyme, curry powder, dried tomato flakes, and chives. The result is a hearty soup that feels homemade — earthy, slightly savory, and beautifully balanced.

Ingredients: Log-grown brown rice, dehydrated log-grown shiitake mushrooms, red lentils, dried chives, dried red onion, dried tomato flakes, thyme, curry powder, lavender, pepper, and spices.

Cooking Directions:
Combine 6 cups of water with the contents of the packet in a large pot. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce to a gentle boil; cover and cook for 15–20 minutes. Stir in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil or butter, if desired, and season with salt to taste. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

Yields: (4) 1.5 cup servings or (6) 1 cup servings

Storage: Keeps, covered and refrigerated, for up to 4 days. May be frozen for up to 2 weeks.
