Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days via USPS or UPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Delivery timeframes shown in the cart or at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Copper Knoll Farms, LLC has no control over carrier transit times once a package has been accepted by the shipping provider.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, including but not limited to weather conditions, service disruptions, or periods of high shipping volume (such as holidays).

In the event of a delayed shipment, customers must allow 15 days from the ship date for carrier delivery. If the package has not been delivered after this period, please contact us at info@copperknollfarms.com. Copper Knoll Farms, LLC will file a claim with the shipping carrier and provide a replacement order.


Address Accuracy & Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. Copper Knoll Farms, LLC is not responsible for delays, losses, or misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges will apply.


Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • All damage or error claims must be submitted to info@copperknollfarms.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please include your name, order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item(s).

Copper Knoll Farms, LLC is not liable for packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. We are unable to refund or replace orders that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.


Local Pick Up

If you live in southern New Jersey and would like to avoid shipping charges, please select “Free Local Pick Up – Elmer, NJ” at checkout. After your order is placed, we will contact you via email with pickup instructions and to schedule a convenient pickup time.
