Why You Won't See Pictures of Our Children

Our children are the driving force of our lives and the reason we decided to start our farm. They are always with us while we work but we wanted to explain why you’ll never see us sharing pictures of them.

Over 9 years ago, before our first child was born, Chester and I made the decision to not share pictures of our children on the internet. It’s a personal decision that we’re committed to for protecting our children’s’ identities and privacy. In fact, this picture is the most we’ve ever shown of them.

It hasn’t been easy and our decision has put us in some awkward situations and conversations. We’ve definitely received plenty of eye rolls and scoffs over the years when we request that their pictures are not shared online. We know that our decision is very unusual and probably controversial to some in this day and age of oversharing everything on the internet. Luckily we have understanding family and friends who support and respect our wishes.
