Hey, mushroom lovers! We have two new products made from our log grown Shiitake Mushrooms. Dehydrated Shiitakes and Shiitake Powder made from 100% mushroom caps. They are available in our online store for local pick up or New Jersey shipping addresses only.
These products are prepared and packaged right on our farm by a Certified Food Protection Manager. This food is prepared pursuant N.J.A.C. 8:24-11 in a home kitchen that has not been inspected by the Department of Health.
