Farm Experience Policies

  • If a guest has to cancel their participation they must do so as soon as possible. A refund will only be given if we are contacted 7 days prior to the event.
  • If we are contacted at least 24 hours in advance but less than the 7 days prior to the event, the guest may attend another event at a later date.
  • If we are not contacted less 24 hours prior to a workshop or farm experience and the guest(s) are a no show, the event may not be made up and a refund will not be given.
  • Payment for workshops or farm experiences are due at registration.
  • Weather permitting, some workshops or farm experiences will take place outside.
  • If a guest has special needs, please inform us to ensure proper accommodations may be provided.
