If a guest has to cancel their participation they must do so as soon as possible. A refund will only be given if we are contacted 7 days prior to the event.
If we are contacted at least 24 hours in advance but less than the 7 days prior to the event, the guest may attend another event at a later date.
If we are not contacted less 24 hours prior to a workshop or farm experience and the guest(s) are a no show, the event may not be made up and a refund will not be given.
A minimum of 4 participants are required the workshop to run. Other arrangements can be made by request.
Payment for workshops or farm experiences are due at registration.
Weather permitting, some workshops or farm experiences will take place outside.
