Lavender hydrosol, also known as lavender floral water, is a natural byproduct of steam distillation, capturing the gentle essence of lavender essential oil in a soothing, aromatic mist. Unlike synthetic sprays, our lavender hydrosol is 100% pure, with no added chemicals, making it a perfect choice for natural skincare, home use, and relaxation. It carries a soft, honeyed, and earthy fragrance that promotes a sense of calm and well-being.

Ways to Use Lavender Hydrosol:

  • Face & Skincare: Use as a gentle facial toner to balance skin, reduce redness, and refresh your complexion.

  • Hair Care: Spray onto your scalp and hair to add hydration, soothe irritation, and enhance shine.

  • Aromatherapy & Relaxation: Mist on your pillow, linens, or around the room to create a calming atmosphere.

  • After-Sun Care: Apply to sun-kissed skin for a cooling and soothing effect.

  • DIY Beauty: Use in homemade lotions, creams, and face masks for an extra touch of lavender goodness.

  • Makeup Setting & Removal: Mist over makeup for a dewy finish, or use it to gently remove residue.

  • Bath & Body: Add to your bathwater for a spa-like experience or use as a light body mist.

  • Pet Care: Spritz lightly on your dog’s bedding for a gentle deodorizing and calming effect.

  • Household & Cleaning: Use as a non-toxic linen spray, surface cleaner like counter tops, mirrors, or glass.

Lavender [Lavandula Angustifolia] is known as true lavender or "English Lavender". It has a sweet, floral fragrance.

Lavandin [Lavandula x Intermedia] is also called "French Lavender". It has a stronger herbal fragrance due to the high camphor found in the oil.

Can I use Lavender or Lavandin Essential Oil on my skin?

It is recommend to dilute Lavender or Lavandin essential oil to 2-3% in a carrier oil for safe skin use. We offer pre-diluted essential oil rolls. You can shop them by clicking here.

    Are all Lavender buds edible?

Lavandula Angustifolias or "English Lavenders" are best for culinary use. Lavandin or "French Lavender" are not suitable for culinary purposes due to the high camphor in the buds which gives a bitter taste.
