Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to register before the event?

Yes, the registration deadline is June 1, 2025.

How many canvases or papers may I get stamped at Artist Check In?

We understand artists may need start over or work on multiple pieces throughout the day. You can have as many canvases or papers stamped at check in as you would like!

What if I do not have a portable easel?

We will have tables set up around the farm and table top easels available if you do not have an easel. Please let us know what you may need prior to the event.

Can I preview the farm to pick my spot before the event?

Yes, we will be having a special get together the evening before to allow artists to find where they would like to work. Details will be provided after artists register.

What if I cannot attend the awards ceremony during the exhibition opening reception?

If you are unable to attend the opening reception and you receive an award, we will mail it to you.
